Shipping policy
Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time the package is being shipped out.
Shipping times are not guaranteed due to the actual delivery time being dependent upon the postal service once the package is shipped out.
Ambitious Vibes Candle Co is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. Because of this, please ensure that your shipping address that you have entered is correct and includes apartment number if applicable. Once your order has been shipped I am unable to change or re-route your delivery address that you have entered.
