What’s Included
• Private 2-hour candle-making experience
• Guided candle-making workshop
• For groups of 8 to 16 candle makers
• $40 per person
Available Party Times
• Fridays: 5–7 PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: 11–1 PM or 2–4 PM
How Payment Works
Choose the option that works best for your group:
• Guests pay individually: We’ll create a registration link so each person can reserve and pay for their spot.
• Host pays for the full party: We’ll send you an invoice through Square.
Registration Deadline
All guests must be registered at least 2 weeks before the event so we have your final headcount.
Food & Drinks
You’re welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and cake.
We are located inside a market with a full bar, so outside alcohol is not permitted.

We bring everything you need for a memorable, hands-on candle-making experience your guests will love.
What’s Included
• 2-hour guided candle-making workshop
• Luxe coconut apricot wax & crackling wooden wicks
• Guests choose from 8 premium fragrance options
• Each guest pours their own custom candle
• Candles cool on-site and are taken home the same day
Candle-Making Timeline:
• Candle pouring experience: ~45 minutes
• Cooling time: ~1 hour
• Guests leave with their finished candle
Guest Minimum & Pricing
• Minimum of 10 guests required
• No maximum guest limit
• $45 per person
Booking & Payment
To reserve your date:
• A $450 deposit (covers 10 guests) is required
• Final guest count and remaining balance are due 2 weeks before your event
Payment Options:
• If guests are paying individually, a registration link will be provided
• If the host is paying for the full group, an invoice will be sent

Travel & Setup
• We travel to businesses and public venues
• In-home parties are not offered
• We arrive 1 hour before your event for setup and wax preparation
• All candle-making supplies and equipment are provided
